Happy New Year
Hope everyone had a nice quiet New Years Eve and that Dave's hangover is not too bad.
Well, all except our party girl, Deb, who I hope had a fabulous New Years Eve of dining and dancing...and pastries.

I slept way too much today, I actually dislike sleeping as much as I did during daytime hours, but the members of my family kept me up until 3 am. It seemed like the New Year's shows went on forever this year and my wife likes watching them - Pitbull, Rick Springfield and New Kids On The Block were her favourites.
We met a very nice and interesting couple at dinner. Both from Ukraine. He is in the Army and she is an opera singer. She invited us to a concert later this month. Not sure we will make that one but plan to see her at some point.
Amy and I stayed at home, only to venture out to get fixings for pork and sauerkraut. Her recovery from knee replacement surgery on 11 December is going very well. She's now walking with a cane.
hah rookie!! I had three, an hour each. although none were solicited nor scheduled events.
More like waking up in my chair realizing I'd been asleep.
I was ok with that, for some reason I woke up really hurting yesterday, no alcohol involved.
Just achy all over. it's been a while.
