I have not, but I have tested to see if I can fit in one with my helmet on.

The lights in my 3 series were fine. Are a disproportionate percentage of headlight related accidents attributed to 3 series BMWs?

I heard about this issue on the radio a few days ago. Not knowing all the exact details, I must say I am surprised there are no government standards or if there are , apparently they are not enforced or have not been updated in a while.

The car with the absolute worst headlights I ever drove must have been my 1998 and 2000 Dodge Caravan company car.

The beam pattern used in Germany (maybe all of the EU) is quite a bit different than in the US. I am always pleasantly surprised at the difference when I am over there on a business trip.

I agree. I don't really like to cutoff on the low beams. It make seeing things above the cutoff hard to see. As for the high beams I ordered some much higher temp lamps from England and they are much better then OEM. I just can't find the paperwork to tell what kind they are.

My Jeep Wrangler has xenon headlights, fog lights and super bright Hella driving lights. I can light up a small stadium.
