Ed (emg88) and I met today and started to formulate the plans for "The Gathering in the Garden State". Its going to be an amazing meet with something for everyone including the +1s. We've got the headquarters area selected, we're working on the hotel, and starting to work on some of the other plans.

We have a few people on our team already, but we need a few more. We have all kinds of things that we need help with and would like for you to join us. Helping to put together a meet is a lot of fun, and seeing the smiles and hearing the thank yous from the owners who attend is very satisfying.

We are looking for all kinds of help from drive leaders, to record keepers, to greeters and some activities you've not thought of. If you join us you get to help to shape the activity as well as guide it. I guarantee you that you'll enjoy it.

I'll volunteer to eat the Snowdon Cheesecake. I'm so far away, I feel I can't volunteer to do anything else and it appears that +1 won't be able to make this event with me. (unless I issue threats, which I'd prefer not to do). I hate flying solo.
