AWESOME!! CONGRATS!!!!!

it is a really nice bronco tho.... even though they cheated..

its a very nice restoration and very "clean"... although something like that should be covered in mud and climbing up the mountain to the *right* of the road...

Thought I'd add this post here, which I also am posting in a couple related threads just so everyone appreciates no hard feelings should exist between the two 'camps'...

It became apparent to me during this competition that Bronco owners are more rabid in their fan-base than even us S2000 owners (and that is saying a LOT ).. In another of my s2ki.com threads related to seeking votes, last night an S2000 member located 'the nexus thread' for the Blue Bronco's supporters in a 4x4 forum dedicated to Bronco owners. There is no denying...having reviewed pages upon pages of supportive-to-the-Bronco posts...that his votes were indeed on the up and up -- they were. Huge support, nation-wide. I just want to set that record straight, because it is easy to think otherwise/negative if that point isn't made clear. And when it all was said and done, (actually even before us129photos announced posters for both vehicles)...members from both communities fully respected one another in the spirit of competition. And I am also confident that as a result of this experience shared, we will now find friends in the 4x4 Bronco arena when next we meet each other on...The Dragon

See attached file for response posts from them at their website...

Poster arrived today! The resolution looks great! It was veeeery slightly 'krinkled' at one corner (~ 2"x4")...but I have it spread out on the dining room table presently with some books weighted down on it at that corner to flatten it out. Looks like it must have happened while being inserted...as the tube itself shows zero damage. Only other possibility would be that the tube was opened/inspected in-transit ...because the ends were not taped/sealed.

Not terribly disappointed by any means...just reporting back to ya'll.

I was swamped with work this week (pulled regular days plus on two of them 7am-10pms ) which did not allow myself any real opportunity to seek out a frame for this 2'x3' poster-size picture. I know this....I've never had a picture of my car this big!!!! It is H-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-G-E!!! And again, I gotta say, the resolution is simply fabulous! Definitely glad The Bruised Banana was clean (I've had weekends at The Dragon where I've just not worried over keeping it washed...glad this one wasn't one of them! )

Once its framed...I"ll be sure to let ya'll know

Thanks,
Dave

PS. I dunno about you...but *this* weekend already feels relaxing knowing I'll not be pressing these blasted anytime soon!
