but it was all condensed into 10 minutes! He did better than most of the recent super bowl halftime flops. And dayumm that Clarence Clemmons wow is he ever an imposing sight!

That's why they call him "The Big Man."

He does pretty good for an old man; seems like he's been around for ever!

Palladia (an HD channel we get via Comcast, which includes MTV, CMT, and other material) has been showing the DVDs of Springsteen concerts from 2000 (NYC) and 2003 (Barcelona) during the run-up to the SuperBowl appearance. Last night seemed more polished, and his voice was better; but that could just be the 12-minute mini-show as distinct from a 3-hour concert.

In any case, the concerts provide you with your money's worth. And that half-time thing was the best one I've ever seen, by far. You could tell that they were actually having fun, instead of just performing. HPH

By far...the best "Half-Time" show that I have ever seen....10 minutes to put all that on....The "BOSS" still rules....

I'm going to try to get Boss tickets in 15 minutes for his May show here in DC. The +1 has seen him four or five times, but I have not.

Darn...the server wasn't even responding with all the demand. So by the time I got in at 10 after, all the seats were gone. I don't feel like spending big bucks like I did for AC/DC, so guess I ain't seeing The Boss this time.
