My cousin has finally published her memoirs of her family's friendship with Dr. & Mrs. King, and her family's part in the planning of the Selma, AL voting rights campaign. I have many fond memories of summers spent with my mom's family in Selma as a child. And the highlight was always sleepovers at her house with all of my cousins

I look forward to finally meeting you at S2K Days in Keystone. I also look forward to having a open and honest discussion about "the race issue in America" if you care to. As for myself it took me about 1.5 seconds to realize that I was not a fan of Obama as a candidate, not because of his race as I would have voted for Colin Powell in a heart beat.

In the up coming Presidential election I would vote for Condi Rice in a heart beat.
