Same here. Andy takes good care of his non-union employees. They have medical for their families, profit sharing and he has been know to lend them $$. They work hard and they get rewarded. If not, it's DTRAMF (Down the road, Adios M. F.er )

One of the absolutely all time great movies. One of the best scenes ever is when Sally Field loses it after the funeral. The interaction between the characters (and I mean "characters" in several ways) throughout the entire movie is sublime.
