Default Hunt for Mid-October Event

OK, folks. I'd like to give this one more chance. How does Saturday, October 12 sound? It should still be warm enough to be top-down, all the tourists traveling to our beaches will be gone, and the trees may be starting to change. Since it won't be Summer, I'll take Jerry's suggestion and name it the Hunt for Mid-October event. (With apologies to Tom Clancey) If this doesn't work, then I'm afraid I'll have to take Jim's lead and postpone it til next year. Oh, Gary, you are absolutely invited to attend!

Tentative Attendees

Oh, yeah...I forgot. Guess I better remove that option.

So August 24 doesn't interfere with those dates. The rest I understand.

Actually it does. Somehow the idea of driving to Delaware on the 24th and then leaving VA and driving to Atlanta on the 27th...oh, I don't know, I'd like to be able to pack a few clothes, get some work done, and maybe sleep a couple of nights.

Not sure exactly where you live, but per Google Maps, it's all of 1 hr 54 min each way (Alexandria/Smyrna) to our place (actually less, as we live 10 min south of Smyrna). I have never been to an S2000 meet (ex Zippy's) where I have driven less miles, so I'm . I know you make meets in Raleigh in one day, which is a few minutes more than Smyrna, so, again, I'm .
