I hate......

For some reason I find this very funny.

A friend of mine is a full time fishing guide down here. He has a 17 year old daughter. She's his only child.

Her Dad wanted to go fishing this morning with her. She used to love to fish.

She told him.

"I hate your boat. I hate my car. I hate where I live. I want to go shopping.

Guess she broke her car.

Funny but not unusual. My 17 year old niece is driving her parents crazy with her coming of age exploits.

I remember being 16 and being forced to go on a car trip to Death Valley. I was full of hate.

Again I am reminded why we chose NOT to have children.

As Robin Williams once stated: Every time I get the urge to have kids, I go to a restaurant and sit next to someone else's.

I sometimes have

if there will come a time that I will regret it? At this stage of my life, I think that answer is NO.

I loved being an at home mom to my kids, even though I'd escape for a weekend sometimes to be alone.
