Default I need to break the routine

Lately I come home, eat dinner, and then sit on my butt in front of the tube. I need to kick myself in the a$$ and get to work on stuff after dinner. How about you? Are you productive after dinner, or do you zone out?

Yep. Turning the clocks back zaps me every year. Once it is dark out my body/mind tell me no.

After a fairly active day doing few chores and whatever else I feel like doing, cooking dinner, and then cleaning up after, I'm usually ready to just veg.

Decently productive, none of that DST shenanigans to worry about. Trying to be more productive, but work sucks the life out of me during the week.

I'm still hitting the Y or another class four days/week after work. After that, it's dinner, a shower and then recliner.

I don't try to get much done during the work week. Laundry does get tossed in washer and dryer, one evening I go to Mom's after dinner, but the real chores wait for the weekend.

If I finish detailing a vehicle or take a hard bike ride I usually read or watch some sports on TV. I never exercise at night but I may fiddle around the garage or workshop if TV is boring.

I come home...

1. make dinner
2. clean up (dishes etc)
3. pre food for tomorrow's dinner
4. catch up on the news - on line with my iPad (as we have no cable)

That is most day but with this new job, it's not very consistent.

If time permit, I also do a 10 or 15 miles ride on my bike with an indoor trainer.
