As a complement to Rob's post about Most Important 20th Century Discoveries...what do you think will be some of the most important discoveries of the 21st century? Let's limit it to this century only.

1. Final detailed mapping of the human genome
2. Cure for Cystic Fibrosis
3. Discovery of the Beatles "Basement Tapes"
