The top is super tight!!
I'm happy but very sore!!!
Super excellent job! How many hours of tugging, adjusting, and cussing were needed?

Thanks!

I have about twenty hours in it but I made a few mistakes during assembly of the interior where I had to remove all I did and start again (got in a hurry and put things back in in the wrong order). Plus I only worked on it a few hours a day. Today was the longest day getting the interior back in again. I took one day and just washed and swept places you can't normally get to. The actual top went on pretty easy. It was all of the plastic trim pieces es that were a pain!

And yes there was a lot of cussing!!

I am typing this with one finger as the rest won't bend....looks like a Percocet night!!

I give you a lot of credit. I'm debating whether or not I want to wash and wax mine before I show it next week. I'm not sure I want to work that hard.

I did that job maybe 15 years ago when I was still in my late 50s. Can't imagine doing it today. Well done, sir.

I’m in my mid fifties and don’t want to do it.

Dave I actually think 40 was kind of the sweet spot.
We knew enough not to dive in all willy-nilly, to make up a plan and think things through but enough stamina to be able to finish stuff.

now, ah **** me!!! I get so aggravated getting tired and sore. really sucks the wind out of your sails.
Especially like on things up under the dash 'cuz ya just don't bend like that anymore.

Great accomplishment. Two or three years from now you will think, that's wasn't that bad. . . . and I still got it.
