I figured that Maury could use something to cheer him up a bit and a topic to look forward to checking daily rather then just his health updates. How about some of our favorite pictures of Mr and Mrs. Jumpy Guy? It should help to keep him positive and looking forward to the Spring 2012 Driving Season!

This picture is from Spring Fling 2010. I had gotten to know Maury over the winter via the Allegheny Page and then in person over several route planning drives. However this particular picture was taken just before the main drivers meeting the morning of the drive and showed him ready to send us all on our way. One of my favorite S2K related memories was the fisrt group event I attended and all of the friends I made because of it.

A spring kick off here in the Allegheny region isn't complete without us taking this drive and I am looking forward to that right around the time he finishes his chemo.

 

Here's one I found in another thread that Phil (ruined2) posted. Not sure of the meet, though.

 

I'll post up a bunch later on, I hope. The last time I tried to get photos off my old external drive, it wouldn't let me. The red couch photos, from the Gettysburg Oct. 2006 meet, are all about Maury. It's was my introduction to him, with his innocent request, "Patty, would you take a couple of pictures of me and Granny?"

 

My first drive with the Allegheny Club, Seven Springs. And that's Phil's ex-girlfriend. Thanks Gene!

The couch pictures have been destroyed and will never be seen again, Granny and I have come to an agreement! Lainey I've been married for thirty years, Beth gave up a long time ago. Hmmm, let's see what I want for lunch
