boy it was sure a lot easier getting out of shape than it has been trying to get back into shape. :sweaty drippy huffing fat tired smiley:

I had hoped my body didn't keep track of my age, but it did, particularly age 50.

Hey, fifty is great! Once you get the right drugs, it's a piece of cake. BTW, I am 50 and a half. So, I'm probably older and wiser than you are, Jerry.

Amen brother. It use to take me a two weeks to get back to the shape I was in before I took one week off from working out. Not any longer. I work all summer to get back to the weight I was in October, before I put on 'my winter coat.' Every winter I go from about 193 to 208 and no matter what I do, I can't keep from doing that. I am back to 199 now.

unfortunately I've been getting out of shape for a few years.
I've got to shed a large 80 lb bag of concrete I'm lugging around.
