Guy I know put this together to keep the neighbor's cats from eating his cats food. Think of the possibiities.

Interesting, but it might be just easier to keep his cat's food indoors ? That food could attract all sorts of pests and animals. As a cat lover I am glad it isn't hurting the feral cats , just scaring them away.
