Isn't the minimium age found in the section concerning the specific branch? Ie: president in section II, congressmen and senators in section I?

I'm not sure about this, but that's where I think they are.

For some reason I'm thinking Patrick Henry? But OK, if you say James Madison I'll go with that too.

What is the latest amendment, and what are the four ways that an amendment can be made?

I have no guess on the latest amendment.

The Constitution, tho, spells out only 2 ways to amend it I think.

2/3 of each Legislative body pass the amendment ad submit it to the states, 3/4 passage required.

The States can call a Constitutional Congess.

Additionally, I suppose the so called "peoples amendment" might be considered a way, but darned if I can think of a 4th, unless it is Judiciary.

[QUOTE=ralper,Sep 16 2006, 07:17 PM] I think you are right. There are two ways to propose an amendment and two ways to ratify an amendment.

Doesn't the last amendment have something to do with congressional pay.

Our constitution prohibits bills of attainder and corruption of blood. What is a bill of attainder and what is corruption of blood? Who is prohibited from these actions? Why?
