Default A Love Note For You

A LOVE NOTE FOR YOU

I shall seek you and find you....
I shall take you to bed and control you....
I will make you ache, shake and sweat until you grunt and groan....
I will make you beg for mercy.
I will exhaust you to the point that you will
be relieved when I leave you....
and you will be weak for days.

All my love,

THE FLU

! GET YOUR FLU SHOT SOON!

Just got mine this last week and my arm is just now getting sore!!

How many other Vintage owners got their flu shot (1)right in their own kitchen; and (2) administered by their own spouse

Kathy is an RN and had just completed supervising a flu shot marathon at our large suburban church...so she just brought home an extra shot for me

E.W.A. got hers a few weeks ago but I'm procrastinating. I don't like taking it, but I know it comes down to the old, "You pay me now, or you pay me later." I think I'll take it this weekend.

No way, no how, I am invincible.

And I faint at the thought of a needle.

My 80-year old parents had their shots, now my father is recovering from the flu and my mother is in bed with it. I'm not saying but . . .

As much as I hate it, I went the week before FC and got the flu shot as did my +1 -- He was a good boy and got his shot last year -- I didn't. After two weeks of aches, fever, and respiratory difficulty (and no sleep -- I couldn't breathe), I decided to get the shot next time. So -- I checked with my doctor's office and found that there is a shot that has causes less discomfort and few side effects, called "split-virus". I opted for it -- had a sore arm for a couple of days, but I'm delighted that I got my shot. The sore arm is a small price to pay for immunity to the BIG UGLY.

I never got a flu shot in my life and don't plan on it. I haven't had the flu for as long as I can remember. Wash your hands alot and avoid people who are hacking, sneezing and blowing their noses constantly.

Love the FLU NOTE at the top.

I believe an ounce of prevention, etc....
What is the big deal on getting a flu shot? I will always get one with the hopes it actually prevented me from catching the flu some Winter.

OhioRacer

Of course it is strictly up to the individual and their "perceived need" for a flu shot, and they even have the mist inhaler vaccine now.
As for the "it is not needed, so why do it?" please check out this info --
