I checked this on Snoops and apparently it is true.

There is a little 4 year old girl who has a brain tumor with a short time to live. When asked what she wanted for Christmas she said she wanted to see how many Christmas cards she could get. If you have time please send her a card for Christmas. Let anyone you know who might send her a card know, it will make her last Christmas a good one. Post this on any other sites that you can, send to all your friends or anywhere someone might read it who will send this little girl a card. If you cant afford one please make one.
