Default March 20th

March 20th marks the four year anniversary of my wife Micheles gift of life. It was then that her cousin donated 60 percent of her liver to her.

It has not been at all easy but she is doing well chasing our son around and working 2 days a week as an audiologist at a hospital.

I am including a couple pics. The first one is Michele and her cousin just before the transplant( 5'9" and 80lbs.) and one of Michele with our other miracle, Christian our son.(5'9" and she won't let me say her weight anymore )

Charlie,

That is terrific. I agree that when technology works with medicine miracles can happen.

BTW, When ever I go to visit my Mother on Long Island I always wave on my way up I-295 when I see that water tower that says West Deptford on it as I go by.

Four years. That is wonderful and gives hope for other life threatening situations.

That's such great news, Charlie. I remember when it was happening. Do you still have Mr. Pockets?
