Default May I present

In honor of our second grandchild, I'm starting a new thread.

May I present Ryan Dylan. 7 lbs. 1/2 oz. born today at 12:32 PM. We visited him this evening and while we were there the doctor gave him a clean bill of health, a perfect baby.

We know all babies look alike, but of course we think this one is special. Nice full face and pretty alert.

As you can see, his sister is pretty happy with the whole thing.

Congratulations to you, Rick and the whole Famn Damily.

P.S. Please thank her for waiting until after the Nor'Easter, and not depriving the rest of us of you and Rick's company that weekend.

Wow! I can not get over that last image. In that image he does not look like a new born baby. Not that I have any experience with that.

He was pretty alert, and he has a nice full face. I think that made a difference. His Dad, (my son) looked like a cross between a chicken and a little old man when he was born. Not that I thought that at the time.

Who's his stylist? Do you think he can make my hair look that dark and thick?

Beautiful, Lainey. He, like his big sister, already looks like you. Best wishes to the entire family.

Ryan,

Welcome to our world. You are a lucky young man, you come from a very strong set of roots. Your family tree is very strong. We don't know your parents, but we do know your grandparents and they are fine people.

You have chosen a great time to arrive. The future is bright and full of promise. Yes, I know the world has problems but don't ever let that turn your head. The future is yours to take, and we expect great things from you. Your parents and grandparents will be right along side of you. They will be there to share in the joy of your successes and they will be there to help you get back up every time you stumble. They will always be there for you and all that they will ever ask of you is that you do the very best that you can and be happy.

And we will be standing on the sidelines, watching you grow, and cheering for you every step of the way.

Congratulations, Mazel Tov and every other good wish that exists for a long, happy and healthy life.
