Thumbs up Men, do you wear smell good stuff?

I'm curious. I don't recall smelling Vintage or pre-vint guys at gatherings with foo-foo on.

What tickles me about this topic are the wide-spread ads for those new (men's) body spray products, and how they drive the babes wild -- as if nothing of the sort was ever marketed before. (At least before, it was to splash on your face, instead of to fumigate yourself.)

I can see how they might work on insecure young guys, though -- after all, who doesn't want to be a babe magnet? HPH

I answered for Rick.

He's a soap and water guy. Never has been into the cologne/after shave stuff.

He had some of that stuff in our early days, but hardly bothered with it.

Only if suntan lotion counts.

I do however remember our sons dousing themselves before they went to high school. It seemed to work on high school girls.

I also remember my high school days, drenched in English Leather or Canoe, happily wandering down the halls sniffing girls covered in Ambush.

PS I've always wanted to market a mens cologne with the name of my my favorite estuarial essence "Low Tide"

I buy stuff for +1 to splash on every now and then because it smells so good. He wears a little sometimes and I LOVE IT, but he's mostly just Mr. Clean all the time. I, on the other hand, LOVE several Creed products and keep a supply. There are also a couple of Versace scents that I like. I like light floral smells and it makes me feel good to spritz it on after a shower. I always brush my hair, spritz a little on and try to look special with +1 comes home from work.

^I will next time.

I'm thinking that maybe Sam (spt-s2k) wears some too. I did ride with him at Fall Colors 2004, but I can't remember for sure.
