New sex study...from today's Washington Post:

"Many people maintain rich, active sex lives well into their 80s, according to the first detailed examination of sexuality among older Americans.

The nationally representative survey of more than 3,000 U.S. adults ages 57 to 85 found that more than half to three-quarters of those questioned remain sexually active, with a significant proportion engaging in frequent and varied sexual behavior."

I read a bit of that article while eating my cereal this AM. Not sure that was a good idea. I don't need to know what people are up to.

I think intimacy becomes far more satisfying as we grow older and more comfortable with ourselves and our partners. Those testosterone ridden kids who talk a great game have NO IDEA!!!!

What's with the women? Looks like most of the guys are doing ok till they hit the third chart, hit 75 and can't find anyone their age willing.

BTW, Being sexually active was defined as having had mutually voluntary sexual contact with another person within the past 12 months. They probably would have hit 100% if they had included animals.
