I used to think that it was wine making me sleepy and taking a nap. But now that I have had to reduce alcohol to a minimum, I found it’s just me and newish comfortable recliner. And I can nap even after nine hours of sleep the night before!

I have always needed at least 8 hours of sleep. When I've worked long hours and not been able to catch up on my sleep for a couple of weeks I got sick. I was getting up early for me the past four days in a row. Not getting my 8 hours. Today, after I drove to an appointment I came home and slept for about 3 hours. I think I'm going to be okay.

I'm not a napper. Never have been. If I'm napping, the chances are I'm not feeling well. I generally sleep pretty well. Bedtime around 11:00 Wake up around 7:00-7:30.

Rick enjoys a nap. After lunch if we aren't going anywhere, he will sit down to read and before long he's napping. Sometimes during the news, he nods off. I don't think he sleeps all that well.

When I was working I use to get a nap during lunch. I would put my feet up on my desk and I was out! I would get anywhere for 15 minutes to a half hour. No one would bother me including the owner. I woke up once and found a note taped to my shoe saying that I should see the owner when I woke up. All he wanted was to know how i did it!

I haven't done that in at least 20 minutes.
