Default Nadine

Finally figured out how to get my baby's picture to you. Her name is Nadine. Some people don't want the carbon fiber bra on their cars but I do. There was some discussion on whether a black bra looks good. With this color combination it certainly does I think. If you look correctly the H on the wheels is not correct. I bought the car from the dealer with the stock wheels chromed. I love it but the H isn't right. I got a set of Rick's badges with the Red S and i'ts a knockout I believe. Hope you like it.

Hey - Great pics...If you haven't done so, post them in the New Members, Roster and Pics thread. That's the ongoing list where most people look to find new member pics. Thanks.

Nice !

It's not difficult to align the H badges. The safest method is to dismount the wheel and knock the plastic badge out from the inside with the handle of a large screwdriver. If you try to pry them off without removing the wheel, be very careful! It's easy to mar or scratch the wheel finish just under the cap lip. Then just press them in place. I am pleased to report that every wheel that I've inspected that came directly from Honda has the H aligned with the valve stem. Check it out at the next meet. Since your wheels were chromed, I bet the shop technicians didn't think to align them in this manner.

I usually only post lyrics to the "Teen Angel" thread, but in honor of your beautiful car here is:

"Nadine" Chuck Berry

As I got on a city bus and found a vacant seat,
I thought I saw my future bride walkin?up the street,
I shouted to the driver "hey conductor, you must slow down.
I think I see her please let me off this bus"
Nadine, honey is that you?
Oh, Nadine. Honey, is that you?
Seems like every time I see you darling you got something else to do.
(Alternate verse: Seems like every time I catch you, datcha you're up to something new)

I saw her from the corner when she turned and doubled back
And started walkin?toward a coffee colored Cadillac
I was pushin?through the crowd to get to where she

The Chuck Berry song is great. Thanks. Also, thanks for the info about centering the H on the wheel.
