It's a cold April. Barely hit 50 today. Our S still sits.

Here are a couple from the condo balcony. The white building in the first pic is the Kennedy Center. The second pic is to show you the spectacular moon. The white light below it is from the outfield screen at Nats stadium. They were playing at the time. Night pics don't turn out on my little point and shoot camera, but I'm sure that is because I've not learned how to use it effectively. I'll get out the user guide so those will be in focus next time.

Was that from last night, Deb? My sis posted a pic to FB last night of the very cool moon over a baseball field in SC. I thought of heading out with may camera stuff to try and get a pic of the moon, but by the time I thought of it, I was settled in for the evening....translation: sitting on my tail in my recliner.

Here are a few photos of my current stained glass project for my Tuesday night class at Santiago Canyon College. I've got some lead came on it now but no photo of that, yet.

^The glass I'm going to use.

^An idea of what to make.

^A frame I ordered online, for the size I plan on making. It's going to be hung in front of one of my french doors in my bedroom so I knew exactly how big to order the frame. I stained it and this is after the stain.

^This is my pattern cut out with lead came scissors. The next step is to cut each piece of glass the same size as the pattern piece.

^This shows the cut glass laying out. Now to start the lead. It's a real pain in the ass. The copper foil method seems so much easier at this point.
