Default Old guy checking in after surgery

I had colon blockage and urinary tract and testicular infections. I had 12" of my colon, a baseball-sized blockage in my colon, and a fistula in my bladder removed. No cancer. I ended up with 50 staples in my gut. I was in the hospital for seven days. I'm home now and recovering. It'll be awhile before I'm completely recovered and my old self. I'm shooting for the Long Beach GP, April 17-19. The surgeon said no gym for at least a month.

Wow...that's a lot to deal with. At least everything was taken care of at the same time! Good luck with your ongoing recovery.
