Default Palmetto Run...

Well, someone here made me an offer I couldn't refuse and we sold our beach cluster home condo. It wasn't even up for sale. Real estate in this place is just crazy. So we bought a single family home here with the proceeds. In the event we make South Carolina our home base when Abby goes to school we needed to move out of the resort (too transient for raising a little one) and get into a "development" anyway. It just happened sooner than I thought it would.

So...perhaps we'll have the Palmetto Run replace the old Buckeye Run. No twisties here but plenty of water and restaurants. Maybe in '07. Who's up for a trip south?

Unfortunately we'll most likely not be able to attend this, as it looks like it will be too far for us to drive to, especially if there are other meets during the year. However it will open up the opportunity for others that don't want to make the trek to Ohio, and that's a good thing.

We'll still be doing the Buckeye Run; if someone else takes over organizing it we'll be there!!!

Hell, if we could get a map/directions of the route we'd be heading back to run it solo, or with any locals wanted to make the run.

Probably works for me. I'll be making future trips south to visit with my niece in New Bern and maybe stop in Wilmington, also. Myrtle Beach is not far from there.

We were looking forward to the Buckeye Run. Like Tom we would appreciate receiving the route so we could do it on our own if there is not a meet for it this year.

I'll think we'll manage to arrange it, one way or another.

Great news about there still being a Buckeye Run. Do let us know the dates asap.

No twisties! All boring roads to get there and to the fun people and restaurants.

Is it OK if we keep the miles off the S and bring the Infiniti?
