Plain Lainey
Lainey,There is NO mistake that you are an original and beloved by all.
I for one am confused by the references to your "feminine charms" as 8484 MM would translate to 334.016 inches which would make you quite a freak? I know that you are unique, but not in that respect.
As a member that people thought my last name was "inva" for quite some time I can relate to having one's screen name clarified. Welcome Lainey. All hail "Lainey" (the one an only).
^
Thank you, Matt.
The numbers did have sentiment behind them....our wedding anniversary, but since Rick is the only one that has to remember that date, didn't need to keep them on my screen name.

Lainey, Lainey Lainey, as a one and only, you can change whatever, whenever you like. Change is good. Embrace change. At least that's what I try to tell myself as the world around me changes so fast from day to day. No one can follow our Lainey anyway
You did teach me how to do multiple quotes a while ago but I guess the ol' brain wasn't in learn mode and I never quite got it. Soooooo
Ems, what's the 106 for? And I like the name of your meet, Can-Am '09. You're going to make me break my vow of abstinence from meets if you keep this up.

Our VSA just posted a very easy explanation of how do to multiple quotes....I'll see if I can find it. dlq04 has now mastered the skill. Guess you can teach old dogs new tricks...
to Dave if he's reading this....

Here is is again, Granny, courtesy of the VSA and copy and paste on my part.
Dave, the way that I do it:
1. use 'quote' function for the older message (esp if it's more than 10 posts behind the most recent one)
2. a more recent message will often still show up in the "trail" of the last 10 posts...so that you can go there and highlight/copy/paste into your new message.
3. for example, i just went down to dlq04's short earlier post and stuck it here:
You're falling apart Jerry; it's good you retired.
4. now i add the [ QUOTE ] ______ [ /QUOTE ] directives (w/o the extra spaces inside brackets) and it shows up like this:

Just so you know, I'm now just Lainey...
Here's the first one
Any new Lainey around here will have to add some numbers to her name.
Now trying a second one.
You are an original.
Shall I go for a third?
Nothing plain about our Lainey.

Okay, once I wake up, I'll try again. Thank you for your infinite patience with your favorite senior citizen .

Never mind, brain says no again.
