So where is the quality check department these days? I have placed some orders with a few different online photo processing companies. Canvas photos, coasters, cutting boards, various items and I've only had a couple issues with quality.
I ordered two sets of coasters with a butterfly photo on the coaster. One set came in fine, the other set had one good one, three lousy ones.
Live chat works well, sent them the photo of the coasters, asked if they could re-order. The rep on the other end implied that I may get the same results in a replacement order. I asked her why they could print one set fine and not the second set. I asked they simply replace the order and ASK that someone checks the quality before shipping.
Maybe that's too much to ask these days?
How's your experience with this sort of thing. On line order and merchandise doesn't come through as it should?
Well that's a tad embarrassing. I need a mod to fix that!
I edit posts over and over when I use my cellphone. So many mistakes.
On topic, that is unacceptable! Wow! What a crummy company. Who is it?
I'm in the market to make a new acrylic print and I'm leery of using Costco because even though they're less expensive I don't remember if their quality is good on acrylics. I think I have to brighten my files and decrease the contrast for canvas, though. Who do you use for acrylic prints? Or have you made acrylic prints?
Lainey, at least we all knew what you were talking about. Kind of funny that it was the subject. boltonblue's post "uy talk: underwear" went by without a mention of the misspelling. I had to ask what "uy talk" meant.

Snapfish. Only had one issue previously where they didn't wrap a canvas correctly. Ive not had prints done on acrylic.
