Huh? Why does it say "World Clock 2008" but yet in the seconds counter, it says "68 days ..."

My quess is that is the base year that is used to project the 'estimates' - I think the idea is to show on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis the speed at which the data accumulates.

if you click on the NOW tab at the top, it starts the clock running again at "0"

the correct time/date is displayed on the left side

My best guess is that the "seconds counter" on the right is from the start of whatever is chosen at the top (the default being "year"). So the "68 days ..." would mean it started counting from January 1 of 2010. If I choose "month" or "week" it would reset the "seconds counter" accordingly. The part that made me go "Huh?" is the "World Clock 2008". I just cannot figure out where the "2008" part matters to the statistics.
