It's interesting that more people are willing to vote about their HEATING system....than about their Net Worth.
Maybe there is no fear of Cyber Attacks against their wood pile or oil tank ???? :unionjack: |
Hello from SOHO in Manhattan, where the Net Worth starts at 1.0MM and goes up to :censored:

College friends (sold their Lower Manhattan loft 3 years ago) and just bought a 2 BR/2 bath older apt near Riverside Drive on the Upper West Side: Nice building and their co-op has a VIEW of the Hudson River (quite a perk). It's also 1600 SF, which is HUGE for Manhattan. Needs a new kitchen, but is otherwise in good condition. The WORD is that housing in desirable areas of The Big Apple goes for $1,000 per square foot...so you can do the math. Housing in our "upscale" area of Philly goes for $200-300/ sq ft. Some areas of the mid-west and south go for as little as $100/ sq ft. Amazing difference in different areas of the country....while SALARIES for a lot of jobs don't vary much :coat: |
