RIP Craig Breedlove
The "fastest man in the world" (at least on the ground and at one point) has passed away at 86. What a life.

One of the other "fastest men in the world," Scott Crossfield, also an X-15 test pilot, was my neighbor in Westchester (a suburb of LA). He was my inspiration to become an Air Force fighter pilot. A really great guy! He had some wonderful stories!
