The Ryder cup
Will definitely be watching tomorrow and Sunday. Today I was flying from Denver to Philly, so no TV. Did watch the highlights on the Golf channel after I got home.
PS: The Denver airport was a f'ing madhouse this morning. Took me over an hour to clear security. Glad my flight was delayed!

US kicking Europe’s ass so far. It’s about time as Europe has been kicking ours in the past. Spieths shot in the deep rough off the green was unbelievable. He almost fell in the water after hitting it
Got a 11:50 tee time and the weather is gorgeous.

Whistling Straights' is such a fantastic course for this forum.
it has so many options to eat you alive if you make an error.
But also a lot of risk reward trade-offs.
oh and that highlight...
the shot tracker of the shot is even more amazing. it goes something like 90 feet in the air.

The US continued the stampede on Sunday.
Their really weren't any blowouts, I'll give credit to the course for that.
It is penal if you screw up. Great shots are out there if you make them, you might even get away with a not quite so great shot.
Mediocre attempts at great shots. will cause grief.
I was amused at the 5th hole. They never even used to broadcast it on PGA tourneys.
It was a great hole for fantastic shots and oh crap shots, as in water to water.
And these are the best in the world playing for nothing but pride.

I just discovered that the Worcester Country Club, ( https://www.worcestercc.org/ ) about a half hour from home was the site of the first Ryder Cup competition.
