I keep the garage door down most of the way. Then I can workout topless when it's hot. Anyway, the kids are all in school right now.

Rick and I both like the tunes cranked up, but not when we are together in the car. We do still manage to converse a bit even after all these years.

He likes his tunes louder than I. If I drive the WRX after he has, before I start the car, I lower the volume on the radio.

Wife plays talk radio three decibels above the threshold of pain and then bitches that music is too loud. I just shut the radio off when she is in the car.

I think when one is driving, the volume has to be a bit loud to be heard well over the road and wind noise. That means when you start the car, it seems way too loud, if you haven't turned down the volume when you park. Even I notice it in my own car.

I guess I'm strange, the radio is the most worthless item in a convertible sports car!

^^ At least there's two of us, Vanishing Point.

I'm glad the S2000 has a radio/stereo system, and I like the little speakers they added in the '06+ roll hoops, but I wouldn't spend a dime enhancing the system.

I remember the days when Lamborghini's came without radios. Blaupunkt capitalized on that fact by offering a system that fit Lambo's. I guess Lamborghini figured you were too busy driving the car, or it was too noisey to hear music, or a V-12 was music enough
