Two more:

The sixth ever greatest natural disaster in the USA (Ivan) has come and gone and we're still alive.

Regardless who's in the White House, God is still in charge.

I'm happy to say that October 16th, 2005 I will officially be a Vintage member . And I look forward to that with much anticipation. The Bruised Banana has been, and will continue to be a terrific automobile. However, the friends I've made through this community have really made Life enjoyable over the last few years. Actually, more than words can say .

I wish each and every one of us health and happiness in '05. May all your loved ones prosper in spirit and body. God be with you and yours, and keep watch over, and protect you in all that you do.

- Dave

Isn't it NICE that Saddam Hussein will be defended by that fine old humanitarian, former Attorney General Ramsey Clark?

Looks like Deb needs to clarify the intent...that 'tongue in cheek' nice things do not qualify for this thread. MOST of the VSA's have even behaved....thus far.

Maybe Deb and Chaz should be encouraged to exercise the awesome *edit/delete to .* power....

Is it possible that only 7 people out of all of the Vintage Forum have something nice to say in the "Say Something Nice Thread"? My, my, my, times have certainly changed around here.
This just confuses me a little. It makes me think of the old saying, "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all." So then I start thinking of something nice to say to a person, like, "Rob, you're a nice guy and I'm glad I got to meet you on this site and in person. You've become a part of my life." But then, somehow, I don't think that's what MsPerky meant this to be. Or is it?

Actually Patty that might be exactly what she had in mind, and I feel exactly the same way about you. And, I feel that way about all of my Vintage friends, even the ones I fight with in the political threads.
