I am saving as much vacation as possible for a little drive out to S2KCA Days in San Francisco next September.
Oh, yeah? I'll have to check that one out.

Registered for May 8-10. ($159 a night. Is that right?) May extend a day if they say so. Anyone else staying Sunday night? Maybe pop it into the first post?

I still don't know what I'm going to be driving .

Just tried to make reservations and what an experience! I have to send in a M.O. or C.C. for $100 to hold a reservation?

Also can't get the rooms Ken said were reserved.

I am going to try again on Friday. I know ...... patience, Barbara, patience.

I was aggravated because the clerk wouldn't take my credit card. He said it was hotel policy only to accept cash for a reservation so far in advance. (aahhhh ... I don't think so!)

So I will talk to management on Friday to work things out.

Why is it sometimes so hard to give your money away??

Well that is really bizarre! Cash is a huge PITA to deal with At the shop we are happiest at the end of the day to have checks and charges. Makes the paperwork WAY easier
