Have a great time. The +1 gets back today after 10 days away on biz. So...decided to take tomorrow off.

Enjoy the family time, Val. Enjoy the Vito time, Deb.

Robb, sorry about your little missing part on your S, and the return of winter too!

Recorded Betty White's Off Your Rocker last night. It went well with morning coffee.

I'll watch it again.

I watched it last night on my DVR after recording it. It was okay. One of my favorites was the older woman who asked the young woman to text for her, texting the son's fiance that she (mom) thought she (fiance) was a gold digger.

I like to hold off till we have a couple really good rains to wash off the road salt before firing up the MG. The time had come. I had it out two days ago when it was in the 70s but today was sunny and 45 . . . to good to pass up - top down of course. Always fun, especially in the springtime, to feel the wind in your face.

Oh, thought of this one while out riding today... How about the old guy who whips out his skateboard, does tricks like a teenager, puts it in his backpack, and then limps away with a cane (I think it was). He was great!

Hey Lainey, did the dress you ordered on line for a wedding show up yet? Did it work out for you?

I've been ordering shoes online for years from Footsmart.com. NO MORE! I had pop up ads from Zappos.com so I decided to compare the shoes I was looking at on Footsmart with Zappos. The price was the same but Zappos.com gives FREE shipping to you and free returns! I've always hated the way Footsmart customer dis-service has treated me. Their returns are always very confusing and the people are almost rude. I ordered these shoes.

I did an online chat with Zappos, asking where the shoes are shipped from, to get an idea of how long it would take for them to arrive. They come from Shepherdsville, KY. I don't know why I got so lucky, but maybe because I put a "Like" on their homepage, but the online chat person upgraded my account to VIP, writing, "This is totally free, a nice spring gift from Zappos so you can get free expedited shipping on all your future orders!" Very nice indeed! The shoes should arrive tomorrow and if they don't fit, I can return them for free.

BTW, a really cool feature on Zappos is the video of a person wearing the shoes. If you look at the "LARGER IMAGE AND ADDITIONAL VIEWS" link, to the far right is a video link. You can get a much better idea of the shoes with the person moving in them.

Patty, I ordered a dress (in two sizes) but it hasn't shown up yet. I'm so hoping it fits as my last few shopping outings have not yielded any good results.

I've done business with Zappos, and shoebacca.com is another company that offers free shipping both ways. A hint for folks about to order, google to see if you can find a coupon before ordering. I saved 10% on the sneakers I ordered from shoebacca.

Today I was in CVS at lunch, purchasing 1/2 price (Easter) M&M's for my "stash." As I'm paying for the candy, a group of four young people (2 males, 2 females) come in.

One of the young "gentlemen" shouts out to the clerk/cashier. "Yo! Where are your pregnancy tests at?"

I was a bit over this. Old perhaps, but I'd like to think I'd have a bit more class than that if I or my companion were requesting the location of a pregnancy test.

By the way, the best answer would have been, "You'll find them right near the you should have used."

I so hope that pregnancy test is negative.

Dress showed up, neither size fit properly. I'm off Monday, guess I'm going dress shopping and I'm not looking forward to it. Two years ago I was looking for a dress for my nephew's wedding and having no luck. I never bought one as I ended up having the shoulder surgery and we didn't attend the wedding. I don't think I want to take that route this time though.

If only I could grow 6" before this wedding I'm attending. Then I could easily borrow a dress from my sister who has a closet full of them, she's always going to weddings/parties.
