Hope Zion gets better soon. Our cat, Thelma is a bit of a chewer, but has not ingested anything to cause issue.

Zion still hasn't eaten but he's feeling some better. I need to give him an antacid (cat Rx) still, which the vet told me today, should help.

I didn't see this until now. Last Friday, I took him back in for another exam and he got an antibiotic shot, fluids, and a 3-day pain shot. At that time I noticed he smelled and the vet found a bit of infection at the top of the incision.

Zion is much better, now, but last night I was pushing up on his belly as he was standing on the couch and my hand came away wet with a slight smell. He seems to feel pretty good but I think it's time to get the three-day antibiotic shot the vet ordered, if it comes in today. He's eating fine and using the cat box. Thank you for asking, Gene.

And I'm just now seeing your answer. Glad he is getting better.

I post a lot of pics of Sally on FB, but I don't think I've posted this one here. Sally Ride is my constant companion and probably the best little dog I've ever had. Our little BB who is now 15 years old is suffering from blindness, deafness and has liver problems. She gets daily meds and seems to be holding her own. I guess she's our Helen Keller dog. Anyway, here's Miss Sally:

Thank you, Emil. A fact that Boltonblue may find of interest, since he has one at least one occasion made a boob inquiry. . Sally has 9 boobs. I had no idea that a dog could have odd numbers like that. I thought they came in pairs.
