Colin,
Are you going to submit this video to AFV? That is pretty funny.
I am looking forward to seeing you both next week.
I hadn't though of sending it there, maybe I should? Anyway, we'll see you next week, and dinner around your schedule.... monday or thursday is fine with us. Maybe a few other s2k guys too, we'll see. What did you have in mind for food?
^^^Dave, those are great shots! It's is hard to get good shots of pets, I think. Dogs do all their natural posing when the camera is in its bag, but bring it out and Maybe turtles and fish are easier, though.
This is Steph and our little schmoozer snoozer, Tara. Sorry to wake them up!!

Thanks! Actually getting the goldfish to pose is pretty easy - they think they are about to get fed. My saltwater fish are much more difficult to get good pics of. The turtles are pretty easy, as are our parrots, who are natural clowns anyway, and love hamming it up for a camera. Bichons are a little bit of a pain to photograph because they'd much rather be operating the camera than be in front of it.
Cute dog and young lady, BTW! I wish my two looked that perky after being woken up!
Well, it's a long story. Suffice to say that there was a significant amount of roadkill on a certain OH jaunt some of us took. It was such a hilarious sequence of events, it's hard to explain here. Maybe Jonas, Val, Granny, Rob and others will try, or we can link to the original Buckeye Run discussion. Right at the top of memorable meets.
LOL! Well, you probably did not get any red-eared sliders since they are aquatic. My two hate being on dry ground, and will make a beeline back towards their water after sunning a bit.
Also, I didn't hear of SCUBA being necessary to retrieve any cars - at least on any of the more recent drives So the red-eared slider population is probably fairly safe... Still, sounds like a thread I should read.
^Here's Tara and Jim (S1997), at Jim's Colorado home in July 2006. We met up there, and then did a drive from Durango to Silverton, the next day, when I was on my way to my sister's house in Peyton, CO.
