Does you ankle hurt more if you walk? When I ride it helps my joints but if I go too much I can get sore muscles.

Patty, As for my ankle, I need a new one but they don't make them. It's has become more arthritic each year and more deformed. A new set of custom inserts might help but the hospital is a couple hours away, so I've been dragging my heels so to speak. It used to be I could walk through the pain after a couple blocks. But the last couple times I tried it I could barely make it home.... I used to walk at a mall for the good flat footing but I don't go there due to the virus and our streets are not even and icy so I've taken up eating and drinking more instead.

That is a real pretty cat that you've got there.

Feral kitten number 3 of 4. This one's staying with us as it's too wild to be rehomed. We're calling him Junior. Fresh back from being fixed, h

e's quite lively, only took about 30 seconds for him to get up, trot out of the cage and head off under the tractor and S2000.
