If you've seen the movie SHrek, there is a scene where shrek is describing that ogres are complicated, with layers like an onion.

So this got me thinking this morning;
as we get older we get layers on our persona.
So if your an onion with lots of layers, what's at your center?

myself, under it all I think you'll find a four year old who just wants to sit in the sandbox with his friends and play with his trucks.

How about you?










of course there is the fifty four year old guy who just plays in the sand with his friends and their golf clubs.
maybe I'm not that complicated after all.

 

I'm not too complicated, and sometimes rather predictable. I've got a few layers that make me me, I guess. Wife, mother, grandmother, family member, worker. Then there is the new layer of dance queen and amateur, amateur photographer. In the core of it all, I think there is a person who enjoys her family and life and tries to do unto others......

Kind of sappy eh?

 

I'm fairly certain it's arsehole all the way down.

 

At the very core I'm conflicted. I feel like I'm a lesbian trapped in a man's body.
