Default Solved the workshop problem

After looking at it from every angle for several years, I decided to get a separate space for my boat-friendly workshop. Trying to build something like this would have cost a fortune between the price of the commercial property and the construction cost. Trying to build this on my residential lot would have triggered a bunch of building code restrictions that would make such a project a gamble at best. In the end, this is less expensive and has all the features I would have wanted, and then some. Two 15x15 foot electric garage doors, two Mitsubishi split heat/ac units, two electric panels, two slip sinks and two mini water heaters. The floor drains run to a tight tank for environmental protection and everything is a year old. Yes, it is a condo and I have neighbors. Nothing is perfect.

Looks like a good arrangement. How far is it from your Cape house?

Under five miles, Deb. Less than a 10 minute drive.
