Default Spring Fever - I think I have a bad case

I think I have spring fever. I don't want to work, I don't like being inside stuck at my desk. I want to be outside, digging in the dirt, playing with my sitting on my deck watching the birds or cruising in the S.

We had such a mild winter I would not have expected a case of spring fever, but I've got it.

Do you get spring fever?

I always get Spring Fever, even being retired. There's something about the warmer weather, the flowers starting to bloom, and everything greening up that is very reinvigorating!

You retired folks get to remedy the fever by heading out. I have to wait until the work day is done.

I'm with Gene on this one. Every day around 80 degrees when it's normally half that! Been outside every day; in fact, me ole bod is sore from doing too much too soon - yard work, bike rides, raking, trimming, walking the dog, ............ any excuse and when all else fails just sitting on the back porch with a drink. Lainey your day will come. Believe me, +1 is enjoying her first Spring Retirement Time!

I hope so, Dave. As long as the world doesn't end in the next 10 years or so.

I went out for a drive tonight.
a beautiful evening that is clear but still warm, perfect for a nice top down cruise.
that was until I came up on the skunk fight My reworked nose isn;t up to that task yet.

yowza, my eyes were watering.

Sorry, but many of my winter days are great. The air is cleaner and I can wear shorts and a tank top, like I did on my birthday on January 29th. I love the new green growth on the trees, the green hillsides we now have and flowers budding but I don't get giddy over it.

I think fall gets me the most excited as far as seasons go. I'm always happy when the heat is waning and I love the way the land is lit with the sun at a lower angle.

I have been outside playing for a while now. Spring is beautiful here if you do not have hay fever or allergies. Pollen count today was 9360.
