I realize that at times things come up and that changes have to be made, and that canceling out of Spring Fling is unavoidable. I want to make it clear that if you need to cancel, it must be prior to May 10th. I need to give an exact count to the caterer on this day, and any cancellations after May 10th you will still be responsible for the Saturday night banquet charge of $30.00 per person. I hope everyone understands and more importantly no one has to cancel. Looking forward to a great weekend. Thanks folks!

I wil txt you to follow up but the friend I am bringing needs to be back home before the BBQ. I will be up for breakfast and lunch (which are on our own) but it looks like I can't stay for the BBQ
