Thumbs up Sunglasses

Have we had this poll before? Well, we're Vintage so if we did, most of us probably forgot! Please don't go searching to find an old poll and prove how bad my memory really is.

I misplace sunglasses like some misplace keys. Unlike those who misplace keys I sometimes find my sunglasses, but more are lost than found. I think it's the only thing I'm truly careless with.

Sometimes they end up next to the seat in the car, or under the seat, and I'll find them down the line, lately they just don't turn up at all.

I just lost another pair this week. Thankfully, I select inexpensive sunglasses. Not Dollar Store ones, but K-Mart or CVS/Walgreens/Rite Aid sunglasses are just fine.

Once I need prescription sun glasses I'm sure I'll change my ways........right now I need some cheap sunglasses. I'm down to one pair.

I buy expensive non-prescription to wear over my contacts and get them from my physician. The last pair I got were several hundred dollars. HOWEVER, I have poor vision and some issues with my eyes. These are glasses my physician recommends.
For regular wear (without contacts) I have prescription sunglasses.

Our local Marc's store (cheap stuff store) has sunglasses for 88 cents. I buy 4 or 5 of them each year or two. They're 100% UV blocking, and that's all that really matters.

I've tried on some from the dollar store and some seemed to have some weird lens action in them....I upgraded to Kmart. If I keep losing the sunglasses I'll have to go back to the dollar store.

I use to buy expensive glasses and still have many of them, but I really only wear 1 or 2 pairs of those. I usually use my cheap ones now.

I'm with Jonas on this one. Most i've spent are stands in the malls that sells them for $5.00 a pair in the winter. I stock up and have them ready for summer.

I've bought the range.
I like the expensive ones better than the cheap ones.
They expensive ones break a lot easier than the cheap ones.
I used serengetis for a long time.
I had a set of Porsche design that I found in a tree while camping years ago which I really really liked right up until I drove over them.
Of late I've discovered sundogs, which are golf glasses and are moderately priced ~ $50-60. I also discovered that you can't close the trunk lid on them to many times.

My last few pairs were Revos, but this time I bought Kaenons. The build quality is the best I've ever had. I bought last year's $300 glasses for $150 on ebay.

Ever since I switched to contacts I decided to be nice to my eyes

I have one really nice pair that I won in a raffle. I wear them selectively. Most of the time, I make do with those 2 for 15 bucks ones at the motorcycle races.

I wear Oakley Razor's, I prefer the wrap around style especially in a convertible to reduce buffeting near the eyes.
