I agree that the birthplace of Eisenhower is a petty question. The number of amendments submitted to the states for ratification but not ratified is also a bullshit trivia question. Most of the others are things everyone should know. Which amendment lowered the voting age to 18 would be bs trivia if it weren't multiple choice; but most of us should remember that it was a late one, thus the question only had one possibly correct answer.

I'm sorry, but knowing such things as "which president was born in Texas" has nothing to do with US Law, the Constitution, or anything else of relevance. If people are not doing well on because of questions such as this (and there were others), the results are meaningless vis-a-vis our legal system. (If they're doing well because of questions like this, it just shows how popular People and other such rags are.) HPH
25 here. I didn't even guess well on the amendments. I thought GWB was born in Texas. And I really should have remembered that there is no official language of the United States, having heard that fact often enough.
