Text messaging falls for first time in U.S.

for the first time eve there have been a decline in the number of texts messages sent.
personally I just think it was when my son lost his cell phone for a few weeks. /> />

me either. I DO txt but only when I cannot reach my daughter or siblings by phone.

U.S. cell phone customers sent an average of about 675 messages per month in the third quarter, down from around 700 per month in the prior quarter.

OK... if I send 5/month, and a lot of other people on here don't send txt's..... who is sending all these to make up for us?

Must be a number of people doing 20,000 txt/month!

I'm pretty sure we will find out that texting dropped way down when Paula Brownell figured out that the FBI was looking at her electronic communications with General Petraeus and Jill Kelley.

I thought Jill Kelly had diplomatic immunity.

I don't know, but anyone who is referred to as a socialite can't be all bad can she? She reminds me of the wife of the couple that crashed the White House party. Pay attention to me!!!!!! Guess who I know....
