Then one day it occurred to me. If one bowls a 200 game (which seems good) one is really only 66% proficient at the game. That is when I stopped bowling.
Yet, a baseball player can have half of that success rate and command millions!

Charlie, congrats, indeed! While I no longer bowl at any level, I can appreciate your accomplishments(only have a handful of 3's & 8's). I'm pretty impressed with 5th at the Super! Uh... that covered expenses for that trip. I look forward to listening to some of your exploits at a meet some time.

Again, Oh, and thank you, Jeff, for alerting me to this thread. Charlie, you know I have to ask: Are you lefthanded?

Q: What do you call a guy who bowls with one hand over his eyes?

A: Left-handed.

Congrats Chuckie!

Will you be trying you hand at the US Open next year?

I went this year to watch my friend Joe try it, and as was mentioned, the conditions are brutal for the amatuers. It was something to see.

thanks Gary. I would love to bowl the US Open especially since it is so close to home, but being left handed that is one tournament to stay away from. I cant remember the last time a lefty made the tv show nevermind win , btw who is your friend? I prob know him and sure he knows me

Joe Marchetti. I think we talked about it a while ago when you were still driving with us. He's from the shore.

I also know Ron Glick. He's a friend of a friend and we've golfed together a few times.
