I saw that and suggested the club buy it for a travel bar! We hosted a color tour today with one days notice since the forecast for the rest of the month was cold & rain . . . and had a pretty good turnout.

Really nice, Dave. Where's the people pic?
Surprised to see so many of those in your area of Michigan. Land of the cold, snow and bad roads??

You know I wouldn't allow an event to pass without the important stuff . . . the people. Several group shots with cars and as a group. In the end that's is what is important.

Always liked the MGA coupes. It is probably another car I can't fit in though.

The coupe on our drive yesterday was a frame-off restoration started over 30 years ago and it has been that long since I last saw it. It was recently purchased by its new owner who will be finishing it. The underside is well done. The original owner lived in an "underground" house he built. Really weird to see a mound of grass with windows and doors. I don't recall his reasons but I never forgot the house.

BTW, coupes are really hot in the summer. Many have added an aftermarket A/C which takes up even more of the limited inside space.

There is a guy in my part of the world who drives a MGBGT year round. I see him occasionally around here even in the middle of winter. If you google david clark mgbgt some stories about him and his car will come up.

BGT is totally different, lots of people are happy with them. I thought about purchasing one, even drove to Cleveland Ohio to test drive a nice one. I found it too tight inside for arm movement, etc.

I've always liked MGBGT's. I've only sat in one it had a sunroof and the headroom wasn't enough for me, hoping I can fit in a non sunroof coupe. This car I looked at was junk anyways they put a fresh paint job over rust. It had rust bubbles on both doors.
