I am still having problem with my laptop. I know I should re install my computer to see if that helps. All I get nowadays on my laptop is broken link sign and java downloads won't help either. Sorry I missed it.

 

Hmm, John, I don't know what's up with that. Yes, you do need Java to be working, but a broken link? That's odd.

Try pulling down Help->Online Support and make sure your Internet Explorer is up-to-date (assuming you're running Windows).
